As you look at Christ – believe and live
The Son of man has been lifted up that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Look to Christ and believe that He saves you solely through His grace.
Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Though sold under sin, You are bought with a Price. For your sake Christ endured the cross.
Therefore He gives you power, that through faith in His name you might live.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Take God at His Word: Thy sins be forgiven thee. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life.
For those who trust Him, He will do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think. Give to Christ your guilt and fear today.
Fear not. I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore.
Because I live, ye shall live also.
Christ gives us the victory – heart and mind created anew
Christ combines His divine power with your human efforts, that through His righteousness appropriated to yourself,
you can keep His Law.
Abide in me, and I in you. By beholding Christ you are changed into the same image from glory to glory.
Thus He imparts life and restores His moral image in you.
His truth will set you free. Your liberty was procured by Christ’s spotless life and death.
Ask what ye will in prayer, and it shall be done unto you. Claim by faith God’s promises, for through His grace you can overcome.
Therefore, add to faith – virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, and charity.
Grow them up together in your daily life, perfecting the blessed attributes fully revealed in the character of Christ.
